Movie Poster

You are going to create your own movie poster for a fictitious movie that stars one of your friends (ie a student in this class).

We will set up a photo shoot to take the pictures in class. You might want to bring in some props or costumes for this.

You should do some research by studying movie posters for layouts and fonts that work well.

You will create a 11"x17" document that is fit for print (300 ppi).

You must include a movie title, names of the stars, release date, the company logo and the picture that you took of "the star".

Today - start your research, pick a theme for your movie, find a font and plan.

Check out the website www.dafont.com for fonts.
