Tips for adding work to your website
All images for upload to your website need to be a jpg or screen shot. You can add them by dragging and dropping or by going under the "Build" tab and in the first section called "Basic" you can add an Image or Gallery box and then upload your images.
If you click on your Gallery after you add some images you can change your settings for the Gallery (if you are submitting your 16 images I suggest columns of 4)
Make sure you Publish your site so that it is easy to view for marking - you can go to your Published site (the password is "mediaarts") and see what I see.
To change your file format:
If you are in Photoshop you can "Save As" under the file menu and select a jpg file.
If you are in Illustrator you need to "Export" your file (also under file menu) and then you can either "Export As" or "Export for Screens" select a jpg file (as the format). If you use Artboards - it often works best.
Or if you can take a screen shot (I know on a Mac it is Command+Shift+4 - I think on a PC you might be able to "Print Screen" or it might require a third party software - I am sorry I don't know if you have any other platform).
